The Texas A&M Aggies are involved in the biggest game of the weekend when they host the back-to-back defending national champion Alabama Crimson Tide, but the Aggies star quarterback will not be taking any media questions.
Manziel was not available to speak with the media today, much like he was during his freshman year, but this time it comes at the advise of his legal team.
From Bruce Feldman of CBS Sports:
Sumlin on Manziel not speaking today: he & his family and his lawyers had advised him not to speak to the media, and I’m gonna respect that

As we all know, Manziel was involved with an autograph scandal that led to his suspension for the first half of A&M’s season-opener.
Manziel is always one with plenty to say, so the media is missing out on some entertaining sound bites, however, it is important that Texas A&M keeps their quarterback focused and make sure there are no more off-field distractions leading up to their big match up.
The lawyers seem to agree.
Alabama and Texas A&M face off on Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS. You won’t want to miss it.
