The New England Patriots host their divisional rival the New York Jets in the NFL’s Thursday night match up. Many weren’t expecting the New York Jets to win the first game of the season but they beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The New England Patriots beat the Buffalo Bills in week one are are looking to take a 2-0 division record early in the season. Geno Smith and Rex Ryan will have their work cut out for them this week though.

Obviously Shane Vereen of the Patriots is out with a broken wrist. Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez likely won’t play either. Quinton Coples and Jeremy Kerley are still on the fence.
