Texas A&M off to early start against Alabama

All of the hype leading up to the big SEC match up between the Alabama Crimson Tide and Texas A&M Aggies paid off with an entertaining first series that included the Aggies charging right down the field for an early score.

Manziel started off the game with a designed 12-yard run, before hitting wide receiver Mike Adams down the sideline for a 32-yard gain. Just two plays later, Manziel through another pass over the head of John Fulton, who looked lost on the first drive, for an additional 35-yards.

The touch on Manziel’s passes were brilliant and the 6-foot-5 Adams made the catches look easy, but the poor defense by Fulton can’t be overlooked. He was unable to locate the ball and allowed the ball to soar right over his head as A&M rolled right down the field.

To finish off the drive, Manziel took a snap from shotgun before running in to his running back. In typical Johnny Football fashion, Manziel was able to recompose himself and find a wide open Cameron Clear in the back of the endzone for the one-yard score.

Emotions are high to start the game and this will be an exciting game to watch, so be sure you tune in to see what the college football world is talking about.
