Miami Dolphins "got a helluva team in the making"

The Miami Dolphins are 2-0 to start the season and just beat the Indianapolis Colts, a playoff team from last year. Miami Herlad’s Armando Salguero noticed that their head coach, Joe Philbin, didn’t seem all to happy and described him as emotionless throughout the press conference, so he asked him if he was even happy if they won.

“Absolutely, yeah” Philbin said, “real proud of the guys. Can’t you tell?”

“We got a helluva team in the making!”

There might be some truth to that last statement. They drafted another defensive lineman in Dion Jordan last year. Add him into the mix to Randy Starks, Paul Soliai, and Cameron Wake and that is a formidable defensive front.

Quarterback Ryan Tannehill has found a target in Brian Hartline and still has big free agent recruit Mike Wallace. In the first two games of the season Tannehill has 3 receivers who have caught passes for over 100 yards.

The one area this team could focus on is running back. Neither back has yet to hit 100 yards, total, in the whole short season. Right now ESPN has the Dolphins run game ranked 28th in the league.
