Andrew Bynum will not participate in training camp or pre-season

Well it looks like Bynum’s career in Cleveland will start off slow as Sam Amico of Fox Sports Ohio reports that the Cavaliers big man will not participate at training camp or pre-season.

I don’t think Bynum will ever be the same after being traded by the Los Angeles Lakers. I know the kids ego got in the way and his departure is pretty much his fault, but he was still a great player for the organization. It’s a shame to see a player with such talent having to sit on the sideline and watch while he tries to reach 100 percent.

I’m sure we won’t see him suit up for the Cavaliers until the organization knows he’s ready to go and play full speed. When he is healthy, I know he’ll be able to provide both offense and defense for this team just like he did with the Lakers. On top of all that, he’s not that bad of a free throw shooter.

I mean, compared to Dwight Howard and Shaq.

Hopefully he’s able to get back to work soon and prove to the Lakers that trading him and picking up Dwight Howard as a terrible mistake.
