While artwork on goalie masks are nothing new, it appears we’ve had an influx of amazing designs in the past few weeks.

First we had Philadelphia Flyers goalie Ray Emery honor the Tuskegee Airmen with a beautifully created helmet, which was matched in amazingness just a few days later when Steve Mason released a zombie mask.

Jordan Binnington of the Chicago Wolves may have topped them both, however.

Binnington, a prospect in the St. Louis Blues organization recently debuted his new mask to In Goal Magazine, a mask that features the likeness of Will Smith in the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Why Fresh Prince you ask? I’ll let Binnington answer that for you:

“Outside of the TV show, from what I see he is a self-driven individual who knows what he wants in life. I couldn’t name one movie I haven’t enjoyed with him in it. Every movie or show has a purpose. The tv show is so creative, I’m laughing out loud every episode. So to sum it all up I just feel we’d be best friends.”
