Westbrook is one of the most explosive and talented point guards this league has seen in awhile. Yeah we have Chris Paul, but Westbrook is a different breed of point guard who can pretty much do it all. The only thing that confuses me about this kid is his choice in clothing.

I mean he’s a grown man and can dress himself but, I don’t know. It’s almost like he dresses himself while he’s in a deep sleep. Anyways. When Westbrook went down to his injury, it was clear that the Oklahoma City Thunder needed him on the court.

After taking the series from the Houston Rockets 4-2, they struggled with the Memphis Grizzlies in the second round who previously knocked off the Los Angeles Clippers. The Thunder came close to beating the Grizzlies in a couple games out of the five played but couldn’t avoid the 4-1 series loss.

Oklahoman writer Darnell Mayberry says Westbrook is expected to make a full recovery from the torn meniscus he suffered against the Rockets, but may not be 100 percent to start the season.

Just like Rose, I’m sure when Westbrook returns from his injury his aggressive style of play won’t change. Oh and I think this man will be MVP of the league some day.

Call me crazy but, the man is ridiculous.
