At the end of the Clemson Tigers at North Carolina State Wolfpack match up on Thursday night, a sucker punch led to the ejection of Clemson lineman Isaiah Battle. With the game coming to an end, Battle got in the face of North Carolina State safety Jarvis Byrd and the nasty uppercut was landed.

Battle swung a strong shot right under the facemask of Byrd, who immediately fell to the ground.

When you throw a punch like that, it is hard to disguise, and Battle was immediately ejected. Not only was Battle sent to the locker room early, but he will likely face a suspension from the ACC after they review the incident.

Often times, it is the losing team that you see losing their cool, but this time it was a member of the winning team that threw the inexplicable and unacceptable punch.

If you didn’t catch Battle’s punch at the end of the game, you can relive the moment below thanks to a GIF from Guyism:

If it was my decision, he would not be playing anymore NCAA football. Stupid reaction.

He should not be allowed the privilege of playing college football. His scholarship should be revoked.
