Derrick Rose added 10 pounds of muscle this off-season

Derrick Rose has reportedly made a lot of improvements to his game this off-season. He’s said he won’t change his aggressive style of play and intends to attack the basket more than he ever has before this season.

Another thing Rose wanted to improve on, was his frame. According to CBS Sports, D-Rose added 10 pounds of muscle this off-season. Before he weighed in around 190 pounds, so now he’s standing at 6’3 and 200 pounds.

Not that bad for a point guard, especially for one who intends on attacking the paint like he did before he was injured a couple of seasons ago. I guess it makes sense, it sorta sounds like he wants to dunk on guys like Dwight Howard or LeBron James when given the chance.

I’m sure anybody would love to do that, but D-Rose seems like he’s more determined than he’s ever been in his career. I’ve said this a few times before but, I’m pretty excited about the return of this young point guard.
