Denver Nuggets sharpshooter Danilo Gallinari has been rehabbing his partially torn ACL in Italy this Summer, though, word on how his recovery is coming along has been quiet.
When Gallinari suffered the injury on April 4th, it was expected that Gallinari likely wouldn’t be ready until December at earliest. That date was eventually pushed back to potentially January or Feburary and some have even suggested he could miss all but maybe the last month of the season.
Whatever the prognosis is, nobody is telling, other than rehab is ‘going good’:
There still is no timetable for the return of injured Nuggets forward Danilo Gallinari to game action, but his rehabilitation is going well, according to his agent.
“Rehab is progressing well,” Lee Melchionni said. “He’s doing well. Everything he’s been asked to do, he’s done.”
“We don’t have a set date for when Danilo is ready to return,” Melchionni said. “When he gets cleared by doctors, I think we will cross that bridge when it comes, but we don’t have a specific date or month or timetable in our heads right now. It’s more just him being 100 percent healthy, ready to go and feeling comfortable going out there and getting back on the court.”
