Things have gone from bad to worse for the Steelers. Pittsburgh has managed to put up points with their offense on the field, unfortunately it was for the other team.

Roethlisberger took the snap from the 30 yard line and dropped back to pass. It appears as if he throws the ball off of his back foot but the responsibility for the interception does not fall on Big Ben in this scenario. The pass was intended for #89 Jerricho Cotchery but it looked as if he quit on the route. When he turns around he doesn’t run out of his break and as a reward for his laziness, he is promptly drilled onto his back by a Chicago player who turned into a blocker for Wright.

Major Wright took the interception back 35 yards for a touchdown pleasing everybody who started the Bears defense in fantasy football today. With a fumble recovery already in the books, it looks like a high scoring day for the Bears defense.
