It’s been a rough offseason for Detroit Pistons point guard Brandon Jennings.

After struggling through contractual negotiations with the Milwaukee Bucks, which eventually lead to a trade to the Detroit Pistons, Jennings was captured on camera getting slapped by an opposing player during a game in the  recreational Drew League.

It allegedly wasn’t the only time he was smacked around as Hip Hop Hollywood is reporting rapper The Game, a fellow Los Angeles native, punched the Pistons guard in his mouth recently:

Jennings was at Lure hosting his birthday party with friends, which didn’t sit well with the Compton rapper who frequents the club. “Game feels like Toxic is his, and he didn’t like that Jennings was hogging the microphone. He felt like he was being disrespected,” one person who witnessed the altercation tells us. “Game tried to have words with him, and it just escalated quickly and Game hit Brandon in the mouth,” another source says.

While I’m no Jennings fan, this one didn’t seem like it was on him.
