College Gameday to Use Dual Celebrity Pickers This Week for First Time Ever


This Saturday, ESPN’s College Gameday will be headed down to Athens, Ga. to prep everyone for the impending showdown between the Georgia Bulldogs and the LSU Tigers, two of the nation’s powerhouses, as well as all other games on the slate. It’s the usual drill that happens every Saturday in the fall.

What also is a regular occurrence is the use of some sort of celebrity to come on the final segment and give their own personal insight on some of the biggest games of the day. Generally, this person associates themselves primarily with the university they’re at, or the surrounding area in some way.

But this Saturday, the show will experience a first.

According to one of the show’s expecutive producers, Lee Fitting, this Saturday will mark the first time ever that the show will use not one, but two celebrity game pickers:
