Hull City is doing well sitting in 11th place of the table with a 2-1-2 record and 5 points. West Ham United is sitting in 15h with 1-2-2 and 5 points. West Ham United would love to come away with three points and move up in the table but beating Hull City, who were just promoted won’t be easy.
For Hull City defender Liam Rosenior it is a match close to his heart, his father played in the game. Despite Hull City just being promoted into the league they aren’t feeling over matched against their Premier League opponents.
“I’m not being arrogant, or saying we expect to win, but we should aim to win every game,” Rosenior said, via ESPN FC. “That’s what we’re looking to do…make inroads into the league.”
They’re coming off a big 3-2 win against Newcastle United on the road.
“Going to Newcastle and winning is a big boost to confidence,” Rosenior said. “I don’t think we want it (the Newcastle result) to be a highlight of our season or to pat ourselves on the back too much.”
