Kobe Bryant could care less Dwight Howard left the Los Angeles Lakers

It’s been a long few months for Kobe Bryant. In addition to rehabbing his torn Achilles, the Los Angeles Lakers superstar has constantly been asked about his recovery and former teammate Dwight Howard, who signed with the Houston Rockets in free agency earlier this offseason.

And while Bryant has played nice for the most part, it appears he’s finally soured on all of the questions surrounding Howard.

Per Sean Deveney:

Kobe Bryant was asked about his surprise level when Dwight Howard left: “Honestly, man, I don’t really give a s—. It is what it is. “

If fairness to Bryant, he hasn’t been able to do an interview since July without being asked about Howard, so his irritation with the subject is clearly understandable. Of course, the media is just doing their job but there’s really not much else left for Bryant to say about Dwight, something he attempted to get across in his above point.

He’s hoping that’s the last he’ll hear about Dwight, though I have a feeling that won’t be the case.
