Lane Kiffin is like Miley Cyrus?

So here was an interesting comment from ESPN’s College GameDay show this morning. They had ESPN Radio College Football host Paul Finebaum on the show, several times. He was doing some kind of monologue or rant on Lane Kiffin and made some interesting comments.

“How did someone like Lane Kiffin ever get these jobs? How did he land the Raiders job, at Tennessee and particularly the one at SC. Most people think it’s because of his father Monte, the great defensive wizard.”

And here it comes…

“In some respects Lane Kiffin is the Miley Cyrus of college football. He has very little talent, but we simply can’t keep our eyes off of him.”

Big words for a man who can’t hold a stare with a television camera and keeps looking down revealing the shiny part of his head. That is public speaking 101, but I guess he can be excused given that he is a radio show host and probably very accustomed to reading, guess he didn’t get a teleprompter.

Nevertheless you can see the point he is making, I don’t know about very little talent, maybe too much raw talent, not harnessed enough?

Oh well, what do you think? Let us know in the comments below.
