The Oklahoma State Cowboys have taken a lead early in their game against West Virginia University, in Morgan Town. On the fifth play of the drive they threw a little screen pass to Josh Stewart.

Stewart got a couple of good blocks right after catching the ball that allowed him to get to the second level. As he was approaching the yellow first down marker he made a safety miss. The safety just stopped and Stewart just went to the left and the safety never got really close to him.

I don’t know if it was show boating or running out of gas but around the 10 yard line he seemed to slow down considerably before finally getting in the end zone. There wasn’t any real threat to tackle him or prevent him from getting into the end zone, there was one West Virginia defender but he had two blockers to handle him.

Anyways it was a good score and the Cowboys are off to a hot start against a conference foe.
