The Denver Broncos have started the 2013-14 regular season as perfect as can be. Peyton Manning already has thrown for 16 touchdowns with no interceptions as the team has blown away their opponents on the way to a 4-0 start.

To make things even better for the Broncos, they face off against the struggling Dallas Cowboys in Week 5 before taking on the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 6.

With the Broncos and Jaguars match up, Vegas oddsmakers are reflecting the large talent difference by making Denver the largest betting favorite in NFL history.

“With the Denver Broncos seemingly historically good, and the Jacksonville Jags seemingly historically bad – I asked multiple Vegas bookmakers to project a pointspread on Jacksonville traveling to Denver (scheduled in two weeks),” RJ Bell of Pregame.com said.

“The consensus Vegas opinion: Denver favored by 28-points hosting Jacksonville.”

Large NFL spreads have never been common because of the competitive balance in the league, but when you have the team who is clearly the best in the league facing off against the team that has shown little life, this is what we should all expect.
