Video: Ohio State Buckeyes comfort a grieving reporter


The Ohio State Buckeyes scored a huge home -win over their Big-10 rivals, the Wisconsin Badgers on Saturday night, but it was what happened after the game that should everyone cheering for them.

10TV sports anchor Dom Tiberi lost his 21-year-old daughter Maria on September 17th, when her car collided with a tractor trailer. Ohio State honored Tiberi and his family with a moment of silence at Ohio Stadium before the Buckeyes took on Florida A&M that weekend.

On Saturday, Tiberi returned to Ohio Stadium for their game against Wisconsin. After the game, the entire team stopped to give Dom a hug:

The Buckeyes also wore “MT” helmet decals during the game to honor Maria Tiberi.
