Sebastian Vettel on verge of fourth Formula One title

With only five races and a potential 125 points remaining in the battle for the 2013 title, Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel increased his lead to over Fernando Alsono to 77 points on Sunday thanks to a win in the Korean Grand Prix. The 26-year-old Vettel, who has now won four races in a row, is on the verge of winning his fourth consecutive Formula One title. He can clinch the championship next Sunday if he wins in Japan and Alonso finishes worse than eighth.

Though sitting in a comfortable lead, Vettel spoke after the race about how he can’t start celebrating yet: “There’s still a chance for Fernando, I think. So we have to stay on top of our game. But to be honest…we’re just having a good time (Reuters).”
