A New York City strip club has made waves for a bold decision. They’ve decided to no longer air the New York Giants games because it is “no fun watching” them as they continue to disappoint their fans.
The Giants are off to a stunning and shocking 0-5 start this season.
The club released the following statement, via Busted Coverage:
Rick’s Cabaret New York, the famous gentlemen’s club in midtown Manhattan, will no longer show NY Giants football games on the club’s numerous Hi-Def TVs and big screens. “It has become too painful to watch the Giants lose week after week,” said Rick’s Cabaret Girl Monica.
“Nobody throws a party better than Rick’s Cabaret–we are all about fun–and it’s no fun watching the Giants anymore,” explained Rick’s Cabaret Girl Lindsay. “We love the Giants, but they get the crowd at our Weekend Football Viewing Parties all depressed.”
Rick’s Cabaret Girl Alexandra discussed the Giants/Eagles game. “There’s like a hundred sexy topless girls here and everyone was exceedingly happy until it became clear during the second half that Eli Manning and the Giants were going to lose again.”
Rick’s Cabaret Girl Yvonne said, “I’ve been showing off my new 34Ds and getting compliments all the time, except right after Giants games–the guys are sort of deflated–they take that football stuff too seriously!”
“We will continue to show all other NFL teams and sporting contests on our TVs,” said club spokesman Lonnie Hanover.
You know who is available to DJ if they need one? Former Kansas City Chiefs running back Larry Johnson! And on a bonus note, the Chiefs are 5-0 and fun to watch.
