Seattle Seahawks WR Percy Harvin resumed running last week


 

The Seattle Seahawks are still anxiously awaiting the return of Pro Bowl wide receiver Percy Harvin. After suffering a tear of the hip-labrum, Harvin was  placed on the PUP list, and is still rehabbing from the injury that will cost him at least  the first six games of this season.

With Week 6 now here, Harvin could come off the PUP list soon, but it doesn’t look like that will be the case, as he just started running again last week:

 


If the injury is healed and it’s just a matter of getting into football shape and getting the playbook down,

Harvin has potential to be a dominant fantasy option in the Seahawks’ offense once he’s fully healthy, as they don’t have a clear receiving threat that Russell Wilson is willing to target consistently from game to game. Harvin could become that go-to receiver, and with his return inching closer, it’s time to think about adding him to your fantasy football team if he’s on the waiver wire.

Harvin has played 54 of 64 regular-season games over four NFL seasons, while accounting for 3,985 combined rushing and receiving yards and scoring 29 touchdowns, including five on kick returns.
