Timothy Bradley set to go to war with Juan Manuel Marquez tonight

Ladies and gentleman, tonight’s the night.

To me this is the fight of the year. Two men who have defeated Manny Pacquiao will go head to head in what will definitely be a war from the first bell to the last bell.

Timothy Bradley, 30, went toe to toe against Ruslan Provodnikov back in March where he won by unanimous decision and retained his WBO welterweight title. Bradley may have landed cleaner punches that fight, but he walked away with headaches that lasted for months.

Now that those headaches have cleared, he’s prepared to take on one of his biggest challenges of his career as he looks to keep his undefeated streak in tact against a 40 year old Mexican legend.

Juan Manuel Marquez Mendez is coming off a huge knock out win against Manny Pacquiao. After that fight, a bunch of hilarious photo’s of Manny P laying unconscious on the mat surfaced on the internet. No disrespect to the man, he’s still one of my favorite fighters but those were hilarious.

Anyways, Marquez is getting up there in age but he’s still winning fights. His current record stands at 55-6 with 40 of those wins coming back knock out and 15 of them coming by decision.

This fight tonight will be for the WBO Welterweight title, a title that Bradley will defend for the second time.
