Cincinnati Bengals at Buffalo Bills halftime recap

After getting off to a slow start, the Cincinnati Bengals were able to take control of their game against the Buffalo Bills, but mistakes and miscues have allowed the undermanned Bills to stay in the game, as the score is just 17-10 at the half after Cincinnati scored 10-straight points to end the half.

The Bills got off to a hot-start after going 73 yards in six plays on their first possession, capped by a Thad Lewis 3-yard touchdown run to take 7-3 lead and break an amazing streak by the Cincinnati Bengals defense:

By the end of the first quarter, the Bills had 74 yards rushing on just 17 carries, and average of 4.4 yards per touch by the 3-headed attack of C.J> Spill, Fred Jackson and the seldom-used Tashard Choice.

The Bengals would take control of the game through the air as Andy Dalton was finding All-Pro wide receiver A.J. Green early and often, as they hooked up three times for 80 yards and a highlight-reel touchdown through just a quarter-and-a-half of play, including one play that will surely make the top-10 of most sporting network’s highlight reels at the end of the day.
