Brazil vs Zambia: live stream, start time, TV info and more

Brazil has already qualified for the World Cup by virtue of being the host so there isn’t much to play for other than practice and fun. The exhibition is being played in China.

Date: October 15
Start Time: 7:45 a.m. ET
Location: Bejing, China
TV Info: beIN Sport, beIN Sport en Español

Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva is likely to start in the exhibition.

“I know I don’t have many games before the World Cup, but I hope I can take profit from the minutes I am given to play,” Leiva said via ESPN FC. “He (Scolari) asked me to repeat what I’ve been doing at my club team.”

Brazil head coach Luiz Felipe Scolari said it was all part of the plan to test out some of options for the World Cup squad.

“I want to field, at least, three players who did not play (against South Korea). As the game carries on, I will also give other players the chance.”

Zambia was making it hard for three players to leave the country: Stopilla Sunzu, Rainford Kalaba and Nathan Sinkala. Zambia officials said that the trio of players were suspected to have illegally crossed the border into Congo this past weekend. That violation has Zambia officials on alert to arrest the players on sight if they try to leave the country.

I’m not familiar with the law but it seems particularly harsh.
