Carlos Beltran unhappy with Yasiel Puig's celebration

By now you’ve probably seen the highlight of Yasiel Puig flipping his bat during Monday night’s game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the St. Louis Cardinals. Puig wound up with a triple on the play, and, more importantly, his celebration has sparked another round of People Being Upset When Yasiel Puig, 22-Year-Old Rookie, Does Things.

So who is upset at Puig this time? Why it’s St. Louis Cardinals right fielder Carlos Beltran:

As a player, I just think he doesn’t know [how to act]. That’s what I think. He really doesn’t know. He must think that he’s still playing somewhere else. He has a lot of passion, no doubt about that — great ability, great talent. I think with time he’ll learn that you’ve got to act with a little bit more calm (ESPN).

Game 4 between the Cardinals and the Dodgers will take place tonight. Make sure to tune in so you too can be irked by a young player having a good time!
