With seven weeks of the college football season in the books, we’re starting to learn a lot about some teams in the country. We’re learning more about some teams in college football that we already knew, while there have been a slew of surprises and disappointments as well. It’s the usual cycle we face every year, and is a testament to why the sport is among the best on the planet.

That being said, it’s time to take a look at the best and the worst within each conference. Who stands firm atop their conference, and who, with seven weeks already in, might want to get used to sitting at the bottom?
