It’s about that time we see big man Rob Gronkowski take the field and snatch down passes away from defenders.

Gronkowski, right next to Jimmy Graham is the most athletic tight ends this game has to offer. He’s coming off a few major surgeries that has kept him out for a great deal of time and now he’s prepared to hit the field as soon as possible.

But when it comes to today’s practice for Gronk, he was limited as the team attempting to ease him into things. He’s listed as questionable right now as this is more than likely expected by the Patriots as some sort of strategy.

Great thing is though, is he has been medically cleared to return and I expect that questionable tag to be wiped away come Sunday. This man will be active and will once again become a big part of this New England Patriots offense.

With Aaron Hernandez in the current situation he is and Wes Welker gone, he’ll be Brady’s number one target.

With Gronkowski returning, wide receiver Danny Amendola has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Jets.

Amendola is currently week to week with a concussion but should have a chance to be cleared come Tuesday or Wednesday.

Also limited during practice was wide receiver Brandon Bolden. Right now he’s listed as questionable as he deals with a knee issue.
