Oregon Ducks WR Bralon Addison discusses ‘Breaking Bad’ ending

As we’ve written about multiple times before, wide receiver Bralon Addison has emerged as a star for the Oregon Ducks. The elusive Addison is a dangerous punt returner — go ahead and ask Cal all about that — and he’s solidified himself as Oregon’s second-best receiver behind Josh Huff.

Addison recently sat down with The Oregonian‘s Andrew Grief to discuss, amongst other things, his thoughts on Breaking Bad. If you haven’t yet seen the show, I’m gonna issue a SPOILER ALERT right now. You have been warned.

Seriously, don’t send me hate mail if something gets spoiled for you. Stop reading if you haven’t finished the fifth season.

Who’s your favorite character?

Walt. I would have to say Walt. I love Walt because of course he was doing the wrong thing but, like I said, I’m a family-oriented guy so anytime someone does something that they know can go bad for their family I have a respect for them.

What about the show’s ending, did you like it?

I just hated the way how it turned out in the end how he had to turn against his wife for a while. But, I felt like he had to die off. As much as it hurts me to say I felt like he had to. I feel like it put the stamp on the show. If they were going to end it he had to die. I just felt like I was happy he saved Jesse, man. Jesse was going through a lot, too.

So what do you think, FanSiders? Agree with Addison’s assessment of the show? Let us know in comments below.
