UEFA Champions League group stage play has resumed after a break in play. This Group G match features Austria Vienna hosting Atletico Madrid. The La Liga squad is currently atop the Group G table and in control. Austria Vienna is trying to get back into the race, a win at home over Atletico Madrid won’t be easy though, but the Vienna squad plan on out working them.

“We have seen that we can compete with anybody. Belief in us has grown,” Austria Vienna coach Nenad Bjelica said, via ESPN FC. ”Atletico’s players are only footballers like us, maybe with a little more quality. But with more effort you can compensate. You are only an outsider if you believe you’re an outsider.”

This certainly has a bit of an under dog story to it. Atletico Madrid is performing well in La Liga, one of the best leagues in the world. They’re facing a lesser opponent in Vienna and are expected to win. Sometimes, not being expected to win or having a chance helps the under dog, and Vienna will look to do the impossible.
