Michael Robinson is back and it’s apparent that the Seahawks are jacked about his return.

Seattle offensive coordinator Darrell Bevel summed up the return like this; “Immediately you think of his leadership. You also think of his experience that he’s had in our offense and throughout the league as well. He’s been a Pro Bowl-caliber player, so it’s definitely a big boost for us in terms of that position went down but I don’t think we’re going to lose anything because of who we’re picking up.”

Robinson is excited as well, after dealing with an illness that held him out of the final two preseason games and kept him from trying to compete for a spot on the 53-man roster. He lost 30 lbs but is finally back to his weight and ready to rock.

Spencer Ware has been placed on injured reserve and Derrick Coleman is a question mark after his injury last Thursday at Arizona. It’s all a mute point now, Robinson is back.
