I’m not sure Tracy McGrady is exactly the best judge of talent, which is hopefully good news for fans of the Los Angeles Lakers as the former NBA All-Star recently tweeted that he feels sorry for Kobe Bryant, a clear shot at the Lakers’ apparent sub-par roster.
T-Mac, who is currently in the midst of potentially playing in China for the second time was apparently watching the Lakers we he decided to tweet out the following:
Sitting here watching the Lakers, and I feel sorry for my boy Jellybean when he comes back!
The Lakers are 3-4 during the preseason, not exactly world beaters but not falling flat on their face either.
McGrady isn’t exactly known to hold his tongue on Twitter, recently suggesting that he thought he could play NFL football and that the Jacksonville Jaguars should sign him to play quarterback and hinting that he thought about taking performance enhancing drugs. So maybe T-Mac’s just doing whatever he can to keep his name out there – and it seems to be working.
