Sebastian Vettel may be dominating the world of Formula One, but that doesn’t mean rival racer Fernando Alonso is any less proud of his personal accomplishments. Alonso, who recently became the all-time points leader for Formula one, spoke about Vettel’s three (and soon to be four) consecutive years of winning world titles, saying that he still feels like he’s accomplished a lot despite Vettel being the one with the hardware:

"Obviously I’d like to win. I’m still 32, so it’s not the last year of my career. I will ensure I will have more opportunities. I’d like to win more championships. In the last four years, I fought for three world championships. I finished three times second, which is obviously sad but… I’m extremely proud. I think I’m doing the best races of my life this year. So when I go to bed, I’m extremely proud (Reuters)."

Vettel leads Alonso by a nearly insurmountable 90 points headed into Sunday’s Indian Grand Prix. Alonso had previously made headlines by suggesting that Vettel’s reign at the top was bad for the sport.
