Fantasy Football: Seahawks could unleash Percy Harvin on Rams

The Seattle Seahawks are still anxiously awaiting the return of Pro Bowl wide receiver Percy Harvin. After suffering a tear of the hip-labrum, Harvin was  placed on the PUP list, and is still rehabbing from the injury that will cost him at least  the first six games of this season.

With Week 8 now here, Harvin is off the PUP list soon, and he just started practicing recently. With a Monday Night game against the St. Louis Rams on the docket, they’ll likely find ways to incorporate him on the offense while playing against one of the league’s worst defenses.

Harvin has potential to be a dominant fantasy option in the Seahawks’ offense once he’s fully healthy, as they don’t have a clear receiving threat that Russell Wilson is willing to target consistently from game to game. Harvin could become that go-to receiver, and with his return inching closer, it’s time to think about adding him to your fantasy football team if he’s on the waiver wire.

Harvin has played 54 of 64 regular-season games over four NFL seasons, while accounting for 3,985 combined rushing and receiving yards and scoring 29 touchdowns, including five on kick returns.

Harvin is not playing for at least one more week (after the MNF game against the Rams) and God does not exist. Thanks for spamming your “About the Author” with religious nonsense. Ever notice what professional sports writers do not do in their articles? They don’t spam their religion because it is not relevant and tends to annoy people.

Dominant fantasy option might be a bit of a stretch. Wilson spreads the ball around and I don’t see Harvin taking many snaps from Lynch.
