This is a Monday Night Football match up between two NFC West teams: the Seattle Seahawks and the St. Louis Rams. The Seahawks have established themselves as one of the league’s best teams. Their lone loss came against the Indianapolis Colts that just handed the Denver Broncos their first lost of the season.

“It feels like we are still growing,” said coach Pete Carroll. “We are still a very young team and it feels that way. We have enough firepower in a lot of areas to overcome the things that are going in the wrong direction but we are playing good, solid football.”

The Seahawks could get wide receiver Percy Harvin into the rotation on Sunday. Carroll says they’ll be cautious with Harvin and won’t rush him back.

“It’s all day-to-day,” said Harvin. “I want to play as soon as possible, but we all want to be smart in this thing. We put a plan together and we’re just going to take it day by day and see how it feels.”

The Rams will be starting Kellen Clemens at quarterback after Sam Bradford went down with a season ending ACL injury.

“Somebody’s got to play,” said Clemens. “So I’ll go out there and do the best job I can and try to help this team win some games.”
