Iowa State Cyclones running back DeVondrick Nealy pulled off one of the best touchdowns of the college football season. The Cyclones were down 28-7 in the second quarter. Nealy got the hand off and headed to the left side of the field.

As he was approaching the end zone near the pylon his lane to the end zone was blocked. There were a cluster of Oklahoma State and Iowa State players in his way. His teammates were trying to block defenders so he could find the end zone but were unsuccessful.

That is when Nealy channeled his inner Reggie Bush or Jerome Simpson. He leaped into the air, taking off from about the 4-yard line. An Oklahoma State defender greets him in the air and tries to stop him from scoring but it wasn’t enough. Nealy knocked him backwards into the end zone, sitting on top of his helmet for the ride down.

That Iowa State score pulled within two touchdowns of Oklahoma State.
