Following their blowout loss at home last week against the Florida State Seminoles, the Clemson Tigers are looking to rebound in a big way today as they take on the Maryland Terrapins. A heavily banged up Maryland Terrapins squad at that. We showed you the harsh, visual proof of that earlier this week.

But, for as banged up as the Terps are, they’re hanging in there at the moment with the number nine team in the country as they only trail 16-9 at the the half. That, in itself, is a huge moral victory.

The key for the Terps now, obviously, is keeping the players that you have on the field now as healthy as you possibly can. They must be very particular on keeping their blocking schemes as tight as they possibly can.

Basically, they shouldn’t let things like this happen to running back Albert Reid:

That hit is kind of eerily reminiscent of the one that Jadeveon Clowney made on Michigan in the bowl game, except Reid was lucky enough to keep his helmet on his head.
