AP top 10 remaining schedule, prediction: No. 3 FSU Seminoles

The AP top 10 is probably a little different than how the BCS top 10 will shake out, but let’s talk about some predictions for what we know at this point. The BCS rankings will be released at 8:30 EST this evening.

No. 3 FSU Seminoles

Florida State is really good, national championship material even. Their final foreseeable challenge of the season is this upcoming weekend against the rival Canes, even though they actually finish against Florida. With the injuries that the Gators have sustained, I don’t see an upset.

Nov. 2 – #7 Miami (FL)

Nov. 9 – @Wake Forest

Nov. 16 – Syracuse

Nov. 23 – Idaho

Nov. 30 – @Florida

Yes, the Miami game this week should be one of those Miami/FSU classics. If they get by that there will be a lot of Tallahassee folk tuning in to watch Oregon at Stanford and routing for the Cardinal.

The Seminoles’ final four just do not match the final four of Oregon as far as potential to impress. Even a blowout ACC Championship game win won’t be enough if Oregon finishes by running the table.

First things first… avoid “wide right” and “wide left” this weekend.
