The New York Giants can’t seem to catch a break on the injury front. After losing running back David Wilson to a potential season-ending neck injury, they lost Da’Rell Scott two weeks ago in a loss to the Chicago Bears that led to his eventual release.
In that same game Brandon Jacobs emerged as a legitimate option, running for 106 yards and a pair of scores on 22 carries, but he too injured his hamstring, which caused him to miss Monday’s win over the Minnesota Vikings, and it looks like it will cause him to miss Sunday’s game vs the Philadelphia Eagles:
Brandon Jacobs officially inactive.
