One of the most anticipated games of the year is almost here with Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag set to release worldwide on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game will officially release on Tuesday, October 29, as Ubisoft looks to make their latest impact on the market.
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will also be available for the next-gen consoles — the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One — later down the line when the consoles are available.
Next-gen release dates will be on November 15 and November 22, 2013 in North America and Europe, respectively, and November 22, 2013 worldwide for Xbox One.
In addition to the console release, there was expected to be a Microsoft Windows version of the game coming out on Oct. 29, but that has been delayed for a few weeks. You can now expect the desktop version to be released on November 19, 2013 in North America and November 22, 2013 in Europe.
The trailers for the game have given us an incredible look at what the game has to offer, and we are sure that the game will be well-received and continue the success that Ubisoft has found with their Assassin’s Creed franchise.
