College football rankings: Week 9 winners and losers

Both polls following Week 9 in college football have now been released, which means that it’s time to take a look at who’s in a good position thus far, and who took a hit. And, believe me, there were some definitive winners and losers in this one. But, such is the case when we’re coming down the home-stretch of the season.

We still have three clear cut teams right at the top in Alabama, Oregon and Florida State, which many figured wouldn’t change anyway. But, with the Missouri Tigers eating a loss last night to South Carolina, we also understood that there was going to be movement withing the Top 5.

So, let’s take a look at three winners and three losers from this week’s rankings that have been released:
