The Seattle Seahawks head east to take on their NFC West divisional rival, the St. Louis Rams. The Seahawks have been one of the league’s best teams this season and their lone loss came to the Indianapolis Colts.

“It feels like we are still growing,” said coach Pete Carroll. “We are still a very young team and it feels that way. We have enough firepower in a lot of areas to overcome the things that are going in the wrong direction but we are playing good, solid football.”

The Seahawks could get a healthy Percy Harvin in the line up as well this week.

“It’s all day-to-day,” said Harvin. “I want to play as soon as possible, but we all want to be smart in this thing. We put a plan together and we’re just going to take it day by day and see how it feels.”
