We are at the midway point of the 2013-14 regular season, so it’s time to look back at the first eight weeks of the year to see how each team around the league has performed.

As is always the case, there are some teams that severely overachieve and those who get off to dreadful starts, so we need to go back and evaluate their performance through the first two months and grade out how well they have done.
