This week we have a marquee rivalry match up headlining the Saturday College football line up. Two undefeated teams Top 10 teams are squaring off in Florida when the Miami Hurricanes travel north to take on the Florida State Seminoles. The ESPN College GameDay crew isn’t missing this big match up. It is the second time in thee weeks that the College GameDay crew are at a Florida State game.
At the last one, Lee Corso picked Florida State to beat Clemson, and they dominated them. This time things could be a little bit more even, rivalry games tend to level the playing field.
Miami has a tough challenge trying to stop Heisman hopeful, freshman quarterback Jameis Winston. Winston is completing a shade under 70 percent of his passes for 2,177 yards and 23 touchdowns.
“He’s beyond his years,” said Miami coach Al Golden, via ESPN. “He’s talented. He’s mature with the football. Strong arm, can move his feet, can create from a bad situation and I just think he’s excellent. Regardless of his age or year in school, he’s excellent. He’s playing really well and they’re executing at a high level.”
