The Dallas Cowboys defense could use defensive end DeMarcus Ware back in the line up. The line has been riddle with injuries losing ends Anthony Spencer and Tyrone Crawford and never having Jay Ratliff healthy. Ware has been battling an injury to his quad that forced him to miss the past two games. The Cowboys could be getting him back in the line up for this weekends game against the Minnesota Vikings.

“It’s like night and day,” Ware said, via ESPN Dallas. “Last week it was probably like 50 percent, and it’s totally different now. I did some drills today and I went through a lot of the bags and everything. Just getting everything strengthened to get back on the field.”

The injury report says he didn’t practice but he participated in some individual drills.

“The way that everything is going, it’s progressing really well,” Ware said. “I did a lot of the drills today. I’m starting to feel really good, and now I’m trying to get ready for this week. If not this week, try to get ready for next week. This is a day-to-day thing.”
