Ken Jeong will host ESPN's 'SportsCenter' on Friday night

While Ken Jeong has appeared in a handful of popular films and commercials, you’re most likely familiar with the actor thanks to his role as the tenacious drug pusher, Leslie Chow, in the Hangover series.

You’ll also be familiar with him if you tune in to watch ESPN’s SportsCenter tonight as the actor will anchor the show alongside Lindsay Czarniak. Why exactly this is happening? We’re not sure. My assumption would be for some type of promotion as this is a stunt ESPN pulled before with Billy Crystal, though unlike Crystal, we’re not really sure what Jeong would be promoting beforehand.

Jeong announced the news via his Twitter account on Thursday night:

Co-hosting @SportsCenter tomorrow 6p ET. @LindsayCzarniak will lead the way! Plan is to blend in & have fun covering @NBA‘s season start.

For those on the West Coast, you’ll miss out since he’s appearing on an early airing of the nightly highlights show, so make sure to set your DVR if you’re a Jeong fan or something.

Should be interesting to see if it’s a good fit or not.
