Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer played yet another impressive match today in the Paris Masters semifinals. However, it was Djokovic who came out on top, coming back to win after losing the first set.  The final match score was 4-6, 6-3, 6-2 in favor of Djokovic.

This was the 30th time to two met in a match, but the first of the year. In an article by the Associated Press, found on ESPN, Djokovic talked about the win.

“My serve was better toward the end of the second set,” Djokovic said. “And I got more free points, let’s say, on my first serves, which was one of the keys today.

“I needed to have better placement on my serve and just not go too much for the power, but rather accuracy.”

With Djokovic’s win, he will now meet with David Ferrer in the Paris Masters finals. Ferrer beat out Rafael Nadal, who has been surging over the past few weeks.
