The Houston Dynamo defeated the Montreal Impact 3-0 to move on to the Eastern Conference semi-finals, where they face off against the New York Red Bulls. Houston goalie Tally Hall stood on his head and had four saves against Montreal en route to his fourth postseason clean sheet.

“I try to prepare for every game as it is the MLS Cup Final, so I feel like I’ve played 34 playoff games in the regular season,” Hall said, via ESPN FC. “Today I dial it in the same as I try to be my best in every game. I don’t know what the difference is in playoff time, but this team responds very well.”

Dynamo’s coach thinks he knows the key to their success.

“The one thing about this group, the attention to detail once the playoffs starts, it grows minute by minute and they prepare themselves to give themselves the best chance possible,” Dynamo coach Dominic Kinnear said.
