Senators goalie Craig Anderson taken off ice on stretcher (Video)

Ottawa Senators goalie Craig Anderson received a scare on Sunday afternoon when he took the thigh of Stars rookie Valeri Nichushkin to the head. Anderson sprawled out on the ice and did not move until the medical staff came out to have a look.

The good news is that Anderson was spotted walking around after being stretchered off the field and the team is saying it was just a stiff neck.

We hope that the evaluation goes well and that Anderson will be able to return to the ice sooner rather than later.
