Usain Bolt says he ate 1,000 chicken McNuggets during Olympics

Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt is the fastest man in the world, but he eats like one of the fattest. During his time in Beijing for the 2008 Summer Olympics, which he dominated on the track, Bolt said that he had a very interesting eating habit.

We all love chowing down on McDonald’s chicken McNuggets, but apparently not as much as Bolt.

“At first I ate a box of 20 for lunch, then another for dinner,” he wrote in “Faster Than Lightning,” according to the New York Post. “The next day I had two boxes for breakfast, one for lunch and then another couple in the evening. I even grabbed some fries and an apple pie to go with it.

“Man, I should have gotten a gold medal for all that chowing down.”

That’s some impressive eating.

It seems like a lot of food, but when you are training as hard as a man like Bolt, you can eat whatever you want without packing on the pounds.

It’s a shame the majority of America wasn’t blessed with his metabolism and love for running.
